Robert Byers
Robert is Chief Operating Officer of MyPayrollHR, a leading innovator of human resources and internet payroll service solutions for small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States. He has over 18 years experience in the Payroll and Human Resources arena and HRIS systems. Most notably, Robert served as Vice President of Operations of a human resources outsourcing company and managed the service delivery to the company's 2,500 small and medium sized client companies and 16,000 worksite employees.
Robert holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Managers (SHRM), the American Payroll Association (APA) and the Independent Payroll Providers Association (IPPA).
